Our owner/operator, David Harris, is a seasoned restaurateur with a proven record of revitalizing and expanding restaurant brands. A Fayetteville, North Carolina native, David attended East Carolina University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree while participating in football and Army ROTC. After graduation, he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army and placed in the Individual Ready Reserve following military budget reductions.
David launched his restaurant career with Steak and Ale, quickly rising through the ranks to become one of the youngest general managers in the country. He later held management roles at TGI Fridays and Outback Steakhouse before returning to Raleigh to serve as general manager at Kanki. Partnering with his college roommate, Rodney Byrd, David purchased Remington Grill and successfully expanded the concept to 12 locations.
Throughout his career, David has acquired and revitalized several restaurant ventures, including Amedeo’s Italian Restaurant, Sammy’s Tap & Grill, Vieni Ristobar, and Vivo Ristorante. His success stems from a leadership philosophy centered on building strong operational systems, developing exceptional teams, and fostering sustainable growth. David also brings expertise in managing minority shareholders and forming strategic partnerships to support long-term business expansion.

ReserveVivo is our families absolute favorite place! We have been coming for years and even after moving every time I am back in town to see family I have to come eat here. They put on a few special dinner and beverage nights a year so we went to the bourbon dinner! The food was absolutely amazing. It was such a unique experience to taste the different bourbons and the food pairings while getting the same great service and atmosphere. It truly feels like family every time we get to go!!
We discovered this restaurant during restaurant week and we are so glad that we did! We went in about an hour before closing and sometimes that can be a hit or miss, but not for this restaurant! Our food came out hot and perfectly prepared! Everything was delicious and I definitely did not expect these type of dishes at this restaurant! I'm so excited to come back in a try an array of different entrees. The ambience was also great in the restaurant and it definitely can accommodate any type of gathering or small birthday party as well.
One of our favorite spots! We frequent here and are always craving their bread and oil-it's seriously the best. The Rigatoni Ala Vodka is a must-try, though I like to swap for penne, and it's always so good. The staff is incredible, and the service is consistently top-notch. If you're looking for amazing food, great service, and a warm atmosphere, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
This was our first time here and omg, the food here is SO GOOD! You can taste the freshness in the ingredients and they make pretty much everything from scratch. We got the chicken and shrimp alfredos, and the vegetarian pizza with added protein. I'm not kidding when I say it was all absolutely delicious. My boyfriend was raving about the fresh brewed sweet tea also. So good!
